Sun Bakery was born, mainly focused on refurbishing used equipment to look and perform like new. We sold and refurbished equipment from many different manufacturers, primarily focusing on large mixers and large ovens coming from Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, and other countries.
We began selling our products to local customers as a bakery equipment dealer and service company.
We started offering freight on our products to ship to restaurants, pizza places and other food service groups across Canada.
Sun Bakery became Titan Ventures International with new ownership, we rebranding ourselves as BakeMax.
We published our first catalogue and website. Our line had 33 new products added to it, which we imported from suppliers across the globe. In total we sold around 60 different pieces of equipment. We also sold smallware and different attachments for different models of equipment. Our refurbishing of used equipment continued to flourish and we began to offer 24/7 emergency service to our valued clients.
BakeMax started to sell our new products to dealers on Auto Quotes and our dealer network started to expand to 28 countries.
Another ten new products were added to our line of restaurant and bakery equipment.
More new offerings were added to our equipment line, including mixers, dough dividers, ovens, as well as heated and refrigerated display cases.
We made technical improvements to existing products and added more to the line, now having customers in 80 countries.
BakeMax moved to a larger warehouse to be able to stock more equipment and better serve our customers.
We started using MailChimp to send out monthly newsletters and flyers to our customers, keeping in touch with them and letting them know of the new products that we’d added to our line: ranges, griddles, charbroilers, and fryers, along with more improvements to our existing equipment. We also applied a two-year warranty on mixers, dividers, and and some other products.
Pizza presses, tortilla presses, and tortilla warmers were added into our ever-expanding line.
We started using MAFSI to attract Reps in areas that didn’t previously have a rep for BakeMax products.
Greaseless air fryers and artisan bread slicers were added to our line and we began building a bigger warehouse to handle our ever-increasing company growth.
We started out small and now have over 160 different models within our product line to meet our customers’ demands. The industry and customer requirements have changed due to a growing industry. In parallel to industry growth and demand, BakeMax has expanded to support it. We are constantly improving and developing ways to keep up with the growing industry and to better serve customers not only now but in the future.
We strive to provide reliable products for customers with exceptionable pricing, as well as industry-leading after-sale support and service. BakeMax is also one of the only manufacturers to offer lifetime OEM part sales and support directly to the end user, as well as to dealers and service companies across the globe.
We also provide an industry standard warranty on all our products. In many cases this is much better than our competition.
